Returns & Refund Policy

At H23, your satisfaction and safety matter to us. Please read our return and refund terms below.

Change-of-mind returns We accept returns of unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition you received it, with seals intact.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In line with your rights under Singapore consumer protection law, faulty products are eligible for a replacement or refund even if opened.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at corporate@h23skin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, post the item to: H23, 177 Toa Payoh Central, #01-146, Singapore 310177.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used product cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
