Welcome to H23. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of h23skin.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us H23 sells skincare products online to customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia. You can contact us at corporate@h23skin.com.
2. Products Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. Product descriptions, ingredients, and imagery are provided for general information. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Always patch-test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
3. Orders and pricing All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. An order is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation; we may decline orders at our discretion.
4. Payment Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property All content on the Site — including the H23 name, the Hwasoo-23™ trademark, logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, H23 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
