Thank you for shopping with H23. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Where we ship We ship within Singapore and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details. The total shipping cost will be shown before you confirm and pay for your order.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
Delivery times
- Singapore: estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- International: delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and local customs processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier handling, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.
International orders — customs, duties & taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue orders.
Incorrect addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at corporate@h23skin.com and we will work with you and the courier to resolve it.
